Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 28, 2026
ViziAI takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple and transparent — no legalese.
What We Collect
When you use ViziAI, we collect:
- Your Google account email and name (for authentication)
- Blood test PDF files you upload (temporarily stored during processing)
- Extracted lab values, metric names, and reference ranges
- Health tracking data you manually enter (weight, blood pressure)
- Basic usage analytics (page visits, feature usage) via Google Analytics
How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely in a Neon Postgres database. PDF files are temporarily stored in Vercel Blob during processing and deleted after extraction is complete. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
AI Processing
When you upload a blood test PDF, we use OpenAI's API to extract lab values from the document. The PDF content is sent to OpenAI for processing and is subject to OpenAI's data usage policies. We do not use your health data to train AI models.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and a locale preference cookie (remembering your language choice). Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we store about you
- Export your data in a standard format
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent and stop using the service at any time
Data Deletion
You can delete individual reports, profiles, or your entire account from the Settings page. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our database. There is no recovery.
